Hey, thank you for registering for the first of hopefully many story times! We will be reading Homeland: My Father Dreams of Palestine by Hannah Moushabeck and Reem Madooh, followed by a discussion and art making. This event is free and open to everyone. The content was designed for children between the ages of 4 and 8. The first story time will be Sunday February 18th at 1030am in The Baltimore Free School (3128 Greenmount Ave). We will be sending out more information for the folks that provide their email here. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
Space accessibility: The Baltimore Free School has two entrances. One is located along Brentwood Ave. This entrance has an ADA compliant ramp or two stairs that lead to the main space. The second entrance is through the main entrance of Red Emma's Coffeehouse and Bookstore towards the back of the main level. The Baltimore Free School is located down a steep flight of stairs with a hand railing on the left side as you go down. Single stall non-gendered bathrooms are located on the same level as The Free School. Masks are required in the space for people aged 2 and up who are not actively eating at a table.
